  Alex is the Main reason I bought a iphoneX , IPad & updated my plan. His knowledge and patience was inexhaustible in helping me with the maze of choices I found myself inundate with. I am $$ less but tech richer & I consider that a fair trade. Thanks Alex!

  The staff working here doesn't know anything. What he can do is listening to your question without any facial expression on his face and pretending he understands the question, then working on his computer for several minutes to let you think that he is professional and finally give you some ridiculous reasons and then send you to the other store in Newark or somewhere else. I guess this store owner just care about selling his only precious - cheap phone and doesn't care about the customer. The thing is I called the ATT first and they let me go here to finalize all my application b/c there's some paperwork needs to be done, however when I come here, the staff doesn't know anything. There's no service to say at all. BTW, there is also no parking spaces around. Good luck.:)
